 In order to protect the image and reputation of NWIEE, we hereby announce:

1.      The 39^th Research Institute also known as NWIEE is an independent legal corporation under the jurisdiction of the China Electronics and Technology Corparation.

2.      The name trade mark and Logo of NWIEE are an intangible part of NWIEE’s capital and are protected under the Chinese and International patent laws.

3.      Under NWIEE ‘s jurisdiction are 3 companies equally protected by Chinese and International patent laws. The companies are:  -YanTai Electronic Equipment Institute.
                          -Xian Apollo information Technology Co. Ltd.
                          -Xian Tian Tong Electronic Corporation.

4.      NWIEE reserves the right to prosecute and investigate anyone misusing the names, trade mark and Logos of NWIEE as well as its other affiliated companies.
Operating a company and/or engaging in production of NWIEE products without proper authorization of NWIEE will be punishable by laws.
